Life happens, and sometimes a lesson needs to move. Here is how cancellations and rescheduling work, kept simple and fair for everyone.
Rescheduling or cancelling
If you need to move or cancel a lesson, please let me know as early as you can. With at least 24 hours’ notice there is no charge at all — we will simply find another time that works for you.
Less than 24 hours’ notice
When a lesson is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the lesson fee may be forfeit. The slot has been set aside for you and is difficult to fill at short notice, so this helps keep teaching time fair and consistent.
That said, I understand that genuine emergencies and illness happen. If something unavoidable comes up, just get in touch and let me know — I will always try to be reasonable.
Lessons I need to cancel
If I ever have to cancel a lesson, you will be offered a rescheduled session at no extra cost, or a full refund for that lesson if you prefer.
